株式会社リッケイ(代表取締役社長:ブイ・クワン・フイ)、株式会社Jizai(代表取締役CEO:石川佑樹)、公益財団法人東亜総研(代表理事・理事長:冨田翔)は、AIロボット分野の協業に関する覚書(MOU)を締結しました。三者は、人材育成・教育を含めた連携を通じ、日本での共同開発と、ベトナムを中心とする東南アジア市場への展開に向けた取り組みを進めます。



協業の目的
本覚書は、AIロボットの研究開発から現地での実証、人材育成までを段階的に進めるための協力の枠組みを定めるものです。三者は、ベトナムを中心とする東南アジアの市場ニーズや導入条件を調査し、日本での開発と現地での活用をつなぐ取り組みを検討します。
主な協業内容
1 ベトナムと東南アジアでの実証と市場開拓
市場調査やPoC(概念実証)、現地パートナーとの連携を通じて、AIロボットの活用可能性を検証します。展開に必要な現地の規制・制度への対応支援についても連携します。
2 ソフトウェアとAIの共同開発
日本での共同開発に加え、リッケイのベトナム拠点やRikkei AIなどの開発リソースを活かした、ソフトウェア・AI領域の連携を検討します。オフショア開発を含む開発体制を通じて、実証や市場調査で得られたニーズへの対応を目指します。
3 技術交流と人材育成
AIロボット分野の技術交流と、人材育成・教育に関する取り組みを進めます。開発や現地での活用に必要な知識・技術を共有し、段階的な協業の進展に合わせて育成プログラムを検討します。
今後の取り組み
三者は、2026年から2030年にかけた協業ビジョンのもと、調査・実証から導入に向けた取り組み、現地での事業展開へと段階的に連携を進めることを目指します。
2026〜2027年
PoCと市場ニーズの調査、開発面での連携、人材育成計画の具体化に取り組みます。
2028年〜2029年前半
実証の成果を踏まえた導入、機能の共同開発、保守体制の整備を検討し、人材育成の取り組みの拡充を目指します。
2029年後半〜2030年
共同ブランドや業種別ソリューションの展開、現地供給体制の構築、人材育成の本格展開を目指します。
実施内容や時期は、今後の協議および調査・検証の結果を踏まえて具体化していきます。

Jizai Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Rikkei and The TOA Institution on Collaboration Involving AI Robots, Including Palmimo
Rikkei Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Bui Quang Huy), Jizai, Inc. (Representative Director and CEO: Yuki Ishikawa), and The TOA Institution (a public interest incorporated foundation; Representative Director: Sho Tomita) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on collaboration in AI robotics. Through cooperation that includes talent development and education, the three parties will work toward joint development in Japan and expansion into Southeast Asian markets, with a focus on Vietnam.



Purpose of the Collaboration
The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation to advance AI robot research and development, local trials, and talent development in stages. The three parties will study market needs and conditions for adoption in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Vietnam, and explore initiatives that connect development in Japan with local use.
Key Areas of Collaboration
1. Trials and Market Development in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
Through market research, proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, and collaboration with local partners, the three parties will assess potential applications for AI robots. They will also cooperate on support for addressing local regulations and institutional requirements necessary for market expansion.
2. Joint Development of Software and AI
In addition to joint development in Japan, the parties will explore collaboration in software and AI, drawing on development resources such as Rikkei’s operations in Vietnam and Rikkei AI. Through a development structure that includes offshore development, they aim to address needs identified through trials and market research.
3. Technical Exchange and Talent Development
The parties will advance technical exchange in AI robotics, along with initiatives in talent development and education. They will share the knowledge and technologies needed for development and local use, and consider training programs in line with the phased progress of the collaboration.
Future Initiatives
Guided by a vision for collaboration spanning 2026-2030, the three parties aim to advance their cooperation in stages, from studies and trials to initiatives toward deployment and local business expansion.
2026-2027
The parties will work on PoC projects and studies of market needs, collaboration on development, and the formulation of talent development plans.
2028-First Half of 2029
The parties will consider deployment based on the results of trials, joint development of features, and the establishment of maintenance arrangements, while aiming to expand talent development initiatives.
Second Half of 2029-2030
The parties aim to roll out joint brands and industry-specific solutions, establish local supply arrangements, and implement talent development initiatives at full scale.
Specific activities and timing will be defined through further discussions and in light of the findings of studies and trials.
